years but as this has now been

Privilege Club

I have just looked at the form for joining the privilege club and it asks if I am a club card member. I actually gave my card back to Richmond store on Saturday as points are no longer being added-I was told the scheme had stopped?
Consequently I do not have my card number. How does this affect me applying for the privilege club please?
