What's the deal?
If you have credit card debt that you're looking to clear, the Barclaycard Platinum with Balance Transfer credit card could be the solution you're looking for.
The card is currently offering a market leading 0% on balance transfers until January 2010 with only a 2.9% handling fee.
The 0% offer is applicable to transferred balances under £5,000 and other benefits such as text alerts, identity, purchase and fraud protection and discounts on holidays are also included.
Who would it suit?
This offer is available to UK residents over the age of 21 who have a regular income of £10,000 or more and do not already have a Barclaycard credit card.
What's the catch?
The interest free period expires on 1st January, 2010. After this date any outstanding balances will attract interest at a rate equal to the typical APR (currently 14.9% typical variable).
