Once you have confirmed all the details, you will then begin to receive bids. You can keep track of the bidding process online and you can take up to 30 days to decide which courier company to use.
When you accept a bid you will need to pay a deposit through an online secure payment system. The payment on the balance of the delivery will the be arranged directly between you and your chosen courier.
Both couriers and customers have the option of using check-in and checkout documents to help protect against any disputes relating to the condition of items.
Ratings for couriers listed on the site is feedback led, so it will help others if you leave feedback on the service provided by your chosen courier.
