ordered something for £30 and was going to be charged £3.95 delivery so where is the "free delivery" it says.
Hi Lianpg, I'm not sure why you haven't qualified for free delivery, BHS are still advertising free delivery on orders over £30 -
The only exclusions are orders from BHS Direct and Furniture, perhaps you might need to give their team a call to check what the problem is, their number is 0844 411 6000.
