A bit of a con,me thinks.
Hmmm.................
My name came up on his mobile and then I received a text telling me he would Google my name and for me to try tomorrow.
Thats why I say con.
Works fine, I managed to get the free beers.
Got the free beer text and link. So smart phones only. But none of the local paypoint places will accept the voucher
Hooray! Got the text with the link and got my free beer from the Co-op! Thanks,Grolsch!(which I DO drink quite often anyway!)
Not entirely free. Voucher is only worth up to the value of £5.30. My local shop wanted £7.00 for 4 cans of Grolsch, so I ended up paying £1.30 for mine. Still not a bad price for 4 cans of lager. Just be aware that this offer isn't "free"
I meant £1.70, not £1.30. Maths was never my strongpoint
further update. I phoned Grolsch customer services (08457 112 244) and was told that I shouldn't have been charged anything. They asked me where I picked up the lager from and said they would phone them to instruct them that the offer is free and how they reimburse themselves from the voucher. Grolsch customer services also asked for my home address and said they would put some goodies in the post to make up for being charged for something that should have been free.
Top marks for Grolsch for sorting it out.
Hi Lewis,
Glad it was resolved - sounds nice and efficient!
Enjoy your beers
