Free £10 O2 voucher

What's the deal?
If you're an O2 customer you can get a free £10 O2 voucher to spend in store this September as a thank you from the network for enduring ongoing service issues in recent weeks.
As an added apology, Pay Monthly customers will also get 10% off their July bill and Pay & Go customers will get an extra 10% credit on their first top up in September.
How do I benefit?
The free £10 02 voucher will be available to download from 1st to 30th September from the 02 Priority Moments app, or online on the O2 website.
02 will also text all customers on 27th July, with full details of how to claim the free £10 voucher.
Expiry
The voucher will be available from 1st to 30th September, 2012.
Conditions
Only one £10 O2 voucher per person.
The voucher can be spent on anything in store but no change will be given.

Hi Nellae, we aren't involved with giving out the O2 vouchers directly so you will need to contact O2 regarding your change of phone, if you have remained with O2 throughout this period they may be able to help.

You should be aware that the deadline for claiming your voucher has now passed (30th September) so you may not be able to claim it, but still worth a try!
