Is True if you stick at it. Was rejected at Stafford on Friday and told to go home to read the participating list. They were on it!! The Store in Cannock, honoured it and nicely charged me 3p so we could have a £1 of sparklers instead of just 47p.
Today with the Sunday Mail Offer, Cannock repeatedly told me they had none, but after about 15 mins a Duty Manager appreared, passed it on to a Dept Manager, who with my help honoured it.
Customer Services know nothingf about it!!!, and they were off the air Friday with Telephone problems. Call back still awaited
